I run Allison Innovations, a software business, and I build the tools I want to use. My work goes from the metal up: Proxmox clusters and networking, backend services and APIs, and the interfaces that sit on top of them.
I like systems I fully own. Local AI instead of rented AI, self-hosted instead of subscriptions, and software that keeps working when the internet doesn't. This site is served from my own lab.
